The minister of Agriculture have to introduce weight scales into markets etc to help farmers and customers. They should research from kenya etc

They started big and I think that caused some of the challenges
Problem is they hired wrong staff. Use proffesionals to start then train others as you also learn.

The best thing to do is build simple structures on the farm so some workers can stay on the farm to combat the problems of thieves.
