My tower moment... Jan 1, fell off ladder at work, broke my hip. Full hip replacement, 16 days in hospital. Discharged home with cab fare and a walker, because I could walk 440 ft, disqualified for skilled nursing. I had no tools, nothing at home to deal with this new adjustment. Scary times. Getting home health PT set up, on Workman's Comp. Needing to set up personal care, WC nurse ghosting me. This reading is on point. Definitely stretching and growing and being tactful in how to heal and get my bills paid Setting up my secure prison at home. Happy New Year. On a bright note, getting more time with my new puppy that I got Dec 21, after putting down one of my fur babies on Dec. 9 Planting new seeds, new life. Seeking people to help me get through this. Left my comfort zone. Laughing out loud how exacting these cards are aligning with my world.
I’ve accepted the reality that God has something better for me and it’s going to be amazing! I feel it, I am enjoying the path to that journey, I am finally realizing what I started last year is starting right up again. That feeling feels so good to know I have control of it again.
Wow! I just saw this, yesterday I quit a toxic job, had an interview this morning and was hired. It is similar but different than my previous job, health care but in a different direction so I have a lot of learning coming up. This will start the first week of January 🎉
I lost my mom this year after caring for her for years. Up until 2023 I've spent my whole life caring for people. I discarded family & friends that no longer serve me. At 64 in 2024 I plan to get a lot of me time in there. Travel & being carefree is what I manifest for myself. Happy NY everyone 🎉
