No band; just him, his guitar, and a sitar. Richie Havens. Also, this was the original Fillmore on Fillmore St. San Francisco. (Not Fillmore West).

Very supportive bass rhythm lines that make the overall sound deep and refreshingly upbeat! Same for the drum player's approach!
