I have a suggestion: why don’t you remove the plastic protectors from the bearings, pack them with fresh grease and install them back. I think your bearings will last longer before replacing them again.🤔

buddy is right it is honer but you should have honed new cylinder unless it came with cross hatch pattern from factory im not sure if new cylinder came honed for break in
