The actress is Jane de Leon and she is portraying a Magindara in Bicolano folklore. Magindaras are sirens that lure fishermen to the sea with their beautiful voices to eat them. They're basically the Bicolano version of mermaids.

Yaaay I’ve been waiting for y’all to react to this! This song is stuck in my head. The mermaid took a day trip in our human world. I don’t think there’s a night vid as this was shot on a cloudy day, in between day and night. The A was definitely for Alamat.
