- Everest Base Camp trek is the most popular trek in Nepal. There are 2-3 routes to Everest Base camp. One of them is the three passes trail. Cho la pass or chola pass is one of the high altitude passes on the way to Everest Base.

Yes, from 1st April 2023 you need guide for all the treks in Nepal
Guide is not mandatory for EBC, and annapurna region as per recent update.
