My dad was a guitar player that couldn't play drums worth a damn. I play drums and can't play guitar worth a damn. My son shreds on guitar. Genetics are weird like that.
@@CGTGofficialoh yeah, James did start off as a drummer. I bet if a time traveler kicked a rock in the Stone Age and many 1000s to approximately millions of years later, James could’ve been the lead singer and drummer and also a what if Lars never joined Metallica type of scenario too.

Very impressed. They use their influences in a subdued manner as to not sound like copy cats. Original, but not trying so hard to reinvent the wheel. I also love the fact that Castor headed south and picked up with these cats in GA. Being a southern man who loves metal, it is good to see great music like this coming from the south as most has traditionally come from the west coast. Having some different cultural influence in metal music is always appreciated. I sense some southern bluesy vibes with them. I am a fan. Going to follow these guys.
Bad ass influence all through timing changes cord changes you can hear the Metallica bleeding through definitely great hope the knowledge of his old man helps him take the music signatures to a new level
You guys are gonna be huge fking stars - we need more music like this sooo much right now. NO one is playing metal. I heard a bit of Seek & Destroy as well as Whiplash BUT you have your own sound! 🤘

OK. As an ESP guitar collector, I can say with 100% certainly That $7-10K “ESP” custom shop Hetfield Truckster he’s playing was 100% gifted/loaned from James Hetfield! James put the logo “Got Riff” on this beast and you can search the net of James playing it…..Lol. Nice
Well, like father, like son, a very powerful stuff with old influences pf the first times of Metallica during the first cut of the track and Also, something like black Sabbath reminiscense in the second part, mixing both Styles in some kind of psychedelic mixture and a great groovy bass sound. The future awaits.
I like how the lead guitarist that isnt Hetfields son is playing the $5000 ESP Black Got Riff Truckster. I wonder if James gave it to him or lent it out or if Castor just took it and gave it to him. These guys sound pretty good to me. For how young they are. Frontman reminds me of Sully from Godsmack.
I've been playing bass for over 40 years now and I didn't even know this was a thing until I saw this video. I thought he was playing some sort of weird Strat with an octave pedal as some sort of fake bass. At least in this song, I don't think I saw him play anything higher than the A string, so not sure why he needs 6 strings :-)

Diggin this band .. I hear influences of Metallica, Black Sabbath and Silver Chair . 🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘

well the reason they are influenced by metallica is one of the members is the son of James Hetfield. lol
The drummer looks alot like his dad when he was young
@@seanhanley1945 that is his son you are correct
They’re influenced by Metallica because the drummer is literally James Hatfield’s son
Yah there's definitely some influence of a certain band 😁 but they are rocking it first time listening I'm impressed yahasa 🥳
Old school shit! Awesome!
8 minute songs? New wave of British heavy metal influences just like his Pop. These boys are good.
Pretty good sound!! Hope to hear more. HIs voice is really going to get bigger as he gets older. Will be interesting to hear.
