  • With the new cores Nexus has introduced the kill switch on most sabers. Always turn this switch ON when you want to power the saber and also when you want to charge the battery. If you leave it off, the battery won't actually charge.

    mine gets no sound ques or turns on or anything when I plug it in and I don't get it. I tried everything online nothing works. I just used it like 3 months ago and it worked perfectly fine, I didn't even leave it on the charger... any ideas?

      Sounds like a dead battery to me but best to contact the support service of your seller to check it out. If it’s us, head out to the support chat on the website 😊

    I’m having these issues and it’s been off. I swear to god, if I turn it to ON and this works, you sir are a god!

      It should. The off position will produce a sound cue because the board gets powered but the battery is shut off to AND from the board.

    Hey! I bought one of your sabers around 2023 for my birthday and after a few months, I say it’s not really been working. I’ve watched the video it tried helping me, but for some reason it’s not been working. I don’t know if the batteries dead or anything but can you please tell me why me and tell me why this is not working thank you so much and I absolutely love your Sabers
