His fanclub "bought" a seat at the Royal Opera House in London for him, meaning it now has a name-tag with "Mika". The card explains the idea behind it (the money's going to the ROH's education programme), a picture of the seat and a list of those people who participated in the present. As he says in the video, he started his career at the Royal Opera House so there's quite a meaning behind that idea. :)
