Yeah...I hear y'all there!! The whole implementation of Titan Gear was just miserable and the worst aspects of Product Management gone wild. Even the Compensation rollout is so poorly done and I really wish the whole damn SE thing could just be thrown out! My luck on draws is miserable compared to so many others... just... UGH!!!
