I’m a kayak fisherman and may sit on top of the kayak for 2+ hours at a time. You’ve given me an idea of using a reclined seat position. Pro would be to alleviate the bent forward position. Con would be falling asleep if the fish are not biting.
Hi, the most famous physical therapists on the internet! For about half the video I had hard time hearing you guys when you were on the table your voices traveled the wrong way downstream and a I was up the creek without a paddle;-) for hearing you.But got the exercises Thanks
Hi Doctors, Recently i felt pain around my lumbar/low back area especially when i bend over or bend forward, the pain travel to around my glutes and it feels weak, like i cant lift anything. By the way i do powerlifting, do you have any advice for me? Appreciate a lot, thanks :)
+physicaltherapyvideo Hi doctors, sorry to bother you again, I usually don't do hamstring and abdominal isolated exercises, and I realised my quadriceps seems to be too strong compared to my hamstring. But i do squats and deadlifts often, does this cause my back pain? And do you have any suggestion? Thanks :)
hey guys I've been having two herniated discs one in the lumber and a other in the neck ...ok my question is what should i do after the press ups ..like I can bend all the way up . I feel that I need something the really trigger the herniated disc . I use a tens unit and I found now that I have a sore spot and I really want to work that spot/spots
We had a kayaker who was *fishing for sharks* get bitten by a hammerhead a few days ago. (Thin the breed already, Heavenly Father Darwin!) I don't know how he wasn't drowned by surfers as he was paddling out -- they're scarier and more territorial than the sharks. *Fishing for sharks* !
