Detective Phillips looks like an alternative universes Jason Statham. A universe where Statham didn't make a successful tranistion to acting. Where he stayed as a mediocre diver, developed irritable bowel syndrome, was prescribed steroids for it and became overweight because of the side affects. A universe where he fails to accept he's balding. A universe where he wears leather jackets bought from shops that operate inside a train sation.
THAT is brilliant!! And perfect timing as I’m currently watching The Meg 2! 🤣🤣

The film called my husband’s mistake that came out in 2023 is about brad collin’s love for his wife, amy, becomes an all encompassing obsession, and he grows more and more controlling of her with each passing year. When brad finds out that Amy had an affair with a colleague, a huge fight ensues and tragedy results.
And once again... Divorce solves everyone's movie problems...

They’re so much fun. I have no idea if this is true or not but I heard the actors get an annual salary of around $50k and are contacted to do a certain number of movies a year. If you think how much of a big studio production budget is paid to the “stars”, you can see how they can push so many of these out.
I really like these movie. Obvious they’re bad but I enjoy them for what they are.
@@JayHarangue you are doing great service here my man by watching these and informing the people of how bad they are lmao. I do agree though if you are going into a bad movie not hoping from anything special you can have a lot of fun with it. Not unlike B movies from back in the day.
I would not be surprised if they hold actors to contracts like that, that would explain all these actors turning up in all these different hallmark/lifetime films.
@thehorrorcatdad Yeah, B movies were always great fun too. I used to love the Asylum movies from the early 2000s. Mega Shark v Giant Octopus for example.

Lucy deserves credit for sticking by her dad even after he tells the truth when Sarah was too stupid to see what was happening….a rarity in Lifetime movies….
And to this movies credit, it features two scenes where the spouses come clean about their cheating…which is always the best course of action on real life and about as un cliche as you can get
