I love how Russell Crowe's face lights up at 10:50 when he's compared to Bud Spencer and Terence Hill.
And he's right, it is a big compliment.
Angourie is the best, so young and intelligent. I love her.
I love how Russell and Ryan speak so highly of people and don’t speak of themselves at all
Okay... I gotta say this... Was I the only one caught off guard with Angourie Rice being Australian? Like holy shit! I thought she was just a miracle child from America that happened to get cast. Hearing her accent come out.. holy fuck.
joshboy64: I had seen her in These Final Hours, so I knew she was an Aussie. But yeah, her American accent was quite good in The Nice Guys. I had a similar experience with Hugh Laurie, after watching House for a while.
Shout out to the journalist for referencing Terence Hill and Bud Spencer. Yes!!!
15:19 I feel like Ryan wasn’t too sure about this guy questioning Angourie
I love the way that they stood up and clapped for Angourie! People talk about the chemistry in this film and mostly reference Crowe and Gosling “The Angry Birds” but Miss Rice was a big piece of the chemistry between the 3 of them. I believe that if she decides to make acting her career she will become one of the greatest actors we will have!
"you shouldn't be on radio, baby, you've got a beautiful face. get on tv."
good lord. like... Russell didn't need to go that hard AND YET
Russell Crowe just takes the piss. Love him
12:27 That little 'What's that?' after his one-liner is great.
Classic Gosling😆
Ryan Gosling's eyebrows is putting on a show.
his face at 16:58 lmao
I love Shane's attentiveness and humility as he gives his answers. The rest of them barely seem to give a damn. Not that they should, many of the journalists asked redundant and misinformed questions, but Shane seems to walk the line between professionality and the nonchalant goofiness the two leads exhibit here.
+TheBadLiutenant Gotta give props to Matt Bomer too; though he only got one question, he made sure to reply to it with eloquence and the kind of informative answer the interviewer was looking for.
+scHoolboyA totally agree.
i agree and matt is my fave actor :)
Haha wish Rice and Bomer the bright future endeavors in their next movie careers.
Literally the dumbest questions ever.
None of them watched the movie.
lmao the only interviewer who can't ask his question straight is French. damn I'm so ashamed
this is the most awkward conference I have ever seen
The leads are just trying to have fun with it, they are asked a lot of bizarre questions in front of a lot of people all the time.. and it would affect any body
It was one of them best comedy's I've ever seen. The plot and story line was almost as well played out as the comedy. I really found it to be a achievement in film it was fantastic.
I'd be so nervous being there
They were drunk during the interview
Night Shift was an amazing movie Michael Keaton , Henry Winkler
12:22 LMAO!
13:18 14:28 Russell as soon as he heard "sequel"
Mon Dieu et bien sûr le journaliste français est le SEUL qui n'est pas capable d'aligner 3 mots en anglais, on a encore été super bien représenté mdrr
Ha ha ha ha ha.....what?
SakuraEtShinobu mais c'est tellement ça, c'était ultra gênant ah ah ah.
Shane Black just discussed one of my favorite films, Night Shift. And created The Nice Guys. Love him!
Gutted it never done well at the box office.
Oh God as French I'm sad to see the level of English a French journalist sent to interview English speaking actors.
Pretty sure nerves played a large role in that. I would embarrass myself in that situation, I'm sure.
Many of the questions are sounding negitive. It's as if people are asking "What makes you better than Lou Costello? are; Why do you use these new actors to make the same stupid movie over and over?" It's no wonder the actors are becomming insulted.
lol 5:13, 13:17, 24:21 Xp
Did they even try talk to Matt?
26:17
Wrong question at 12:50
i likes it lots , all of all movies of r G.
Russell Crowe at 19:45 and 19:50 😍😂
Poor Matt Bomer
You know that's going to happen. The focus will always be on the director and the two leads. Joel, Angourie and Matt are there to fill the stage and will probably not get any questions from the journalists. The moderator did a pretty decent job getting them involved in the discussions.
"Dégagez, vous serez gentils" :D
Matt Bomer would have been great to hear speak, and hear how incredibly brilliant he is.
"These two police detectives" XD XD
They didn't even watch the movie😂
click on the vid and the first thing comes to my ears is Matt's voice is so heartattack ~ "is our voice on?" suddenly sounds os sexy ~~~~~~~~~~
The guy asking her questions is so 😬.
27:18 what does angourie says to ryan?
Thank you for saying al these nice things about me
“Wow you really are The Nice Guys (2016)”
TheseRLikeWhatRsoCrowdPleasingRmanMadeManmadeLuksGruesomelyhahahah
Stay off the drugs. They'll kill you.
Je pense que Ryan Gosling parle français.
Kirsten Marshall: Why would you think that? Maybe I missed a tell?
Kirsten Marshall he cant speak french
WelMarmaladeBabewhatcanisay
IwanttoKeepTheEyesyess
Why cant they just speak english properly if they have this kind of work interviewing start in cannes :?
Exactly thats the point, Use english to be able to comunicate properly and professionally.
That's just so dumb,,,, it's a big ole world out there friend, different languages, cultures,,,,good grief,,,,
@@jomccutcheon2173So true. There are even people out there who don't know how to use commas.
@@bloodymarvelous4790 LOL, you've got me on that one, so many people have complained about my obsessive use of commas, I really need to stop doing it, I actually do know better, for whatever reason it became a habit, my bad.
Another awful, uncomfortable interview where once again Matt Bomer is totally ignored and he’s more intelligent and articulate than the others put together
Why would they focus on anything except the directors and the lead actors? Not a secondary character with 20 minutes of screentime. And this is a press conference for a comedy movie.. not sure why you were expecting any of them to take it seriously.
it's okay, Matt is kinda special guest for the movie not main lead, he has only one question but yeah it's cool to hear n Rusell praises his professionalism also discipline n the man next to Shane also talks abt Matt in good way, we all know yeah sometimes questions r inappropriate so I prefer them asking less than making Matt uncomfortable. Let's enjoy whatever Matt got for us 😊
SourTellingMeimakeSaleableStuffNEntertainmentPeopleTakemeSeriouslyRu
hahah akward
I believe his inner pedo came out at 16:07. Wow
What a cringe. Russell Crowe is so full of himself.
john brimble I know :)
+john brimble I think that's where his chemistry with Ryan comes from. The question is who can be more arrogant.
that girl is flirting so hard with Gosling that's she's spot-welded herself to that chair :P
I just saw this movie online and it’s awful. I think most of the critics at this press conference left there judgment at the door. And the Cannes festival is clearly inviting the stars
(Crow and Gosling) in priority... instead of presenting a good film.
That’s too bad. I thought it was hilarious.
Nah your taste in films is just shit.
Different strokes for different folks.
I thought it was hilarious. Not every movie needs to be Citizen Kane or The Godfather. It's okay to have fun with a movie. Look at Casablanca, that movie is hilarious too and doesn't take itself too seriously.
