15:25 - 15:54 I actually did this myself. It is a full HD reconstruction of a VHS recorded TV spot I found on TH-cam at some point. Unfortunately, that VHS source is gone. Perhaps I can someday do another version of this spot.
If you posted it here on TH-cam, then yeah, I might have actually gotten it from you. I honestly can't remember though since I posted this quite a while ago. I am starting to credit my sources in my recent Trailers & TV Spots uploads now so folks can find these channels on their own, so I hope pinning this comment on here makes up for it. 👍
Before the internet...before mobile phones....all you had were previews at the cinema, articles in magazines and word of mouth... then tv snippets. It built up excitement and passion to go see it ...great days....
YES. Now you can get torrent files of screener copies. I may be over the hill, but movies aren't as thematically dynamic as they once were; compare Superman 1978 to The Man of Steel I feel like I'm watching a xerox copy of a painting
@SR.PlayAlot64 yep. Buy every magazine with even the mention of Star Wars on its cover. I can't remember if Starlog magazine was out then. Famous Monsters of Filmland definitely covered it. Anticipation, now we can get workprint torrents from Budapest a month before the release
What people who didn't see this movie back then will never understand is how original and exciting all this was. Every clip of that trailer left me wondering what I had just seen. Darth Vader, Chewbacca, lightsabers, all of it was perplexing and captivating.
So blessed i saw Star Wars back in the 70's - I'll never forget the sheer joy we all felt as kids then and how it opened up our imaginations, just to look up at those starry summer night skies and imagine all of this really happening out there! Blessed! 🙏🏽❤️
@@Jurassic1993Park The most funny part of all is that I have read the original comic book of _The Empire Strikes Back,_ and the put an deleted scene of Leia trying to kiss Luke. Before 1983, everyone sugested that concept!
Episode IV - A New Hope It is a period of civil war. Rebel spaceships, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Galactic Empire. During the battle, Rebel spies managed to steal secret plans to the Empire’s ultimate weapon, the DEATH STAR, an armored space station with enough power to destroy an entire planet. Pursued by the Empire’s sinister agents, Princess Leia races home aboard her starship, custodian of the stolen plans that can save her people and restore freedom to the galaxy….
It's still on the list, the same as your other requests. But I have a lot of requests from other people to get to as well (just browse the comment section for my Madagascar upload as an example), so it might take a while. Just please be patient. 🙏

Of course, there was no "New Hope" in 1977, nor were there episode numbers. It was just Star Wars. Episodes and sub-titles started with Empire and we didn't see "A New Hope" until the next rerelease.
The film that started it all. And even for a film made in 1977, it still holds up. And you don't need to tinker it with all that sloppy, cheap, and fake CGI.

Those Trailers and TV Spots of The OG Star Wars Trilogy are Much Better Than Those Crappy Modern Trailers!
One of my favorite movies of all time. The Original Star Wars Trilogy is a masterpiece.

The special edition sort of kills the charm of the original. I don't know what George Lucas is thinking.
