  • The South Africa black neighborhoods they don't show u on Tembisa Township under ekurhuleni municipality and Ivory Park under Johannesburg.
    Will start the walk from Tembisa Tertiary Hospital going further Into the hood named (Hospital View) that's a Tembisa section
    I will then take u to Swazi Inn a street market that borders Tembisa and Ivory Park.
    It's a very big street market. Got some suprises there .
    Will then take u back to The Tembisa township different sections. There is so much happening here.
    Let me show u around to help u understand the black Neighbourhoods in South Africa.
    Remember, other sections of this townships are said to be No Go zones, all hearsays and misinformation. Here to prove to u that South Africa has amazing hoods and friendly environment and people. As long u don't go look for trouble.
    To add, I would say everyone should always be vigilant doesn't matter where you go. That doesn't mean the area is bad.

    Thanks bro for uploading. What I miss in these hoods though clean is the missing vegetation aside the roads and/or in the gardens of these houses. It's almost 100% brick and concrete. Only a few houses have a tree or two.

      That's very true in some hoods but not the same case with other townships in different cities country wide. We will have to find out by visiting those hoods in time to come I think..

    I honestly think it is time to drop the ship. The places you are walking through are suburbs of a town, development has got to the stage that to call it a township is just insulting. I admire the individual styles and personal touches with different architecture, fencing and paving, these people are so proud of their homes, it is wonderful. Bad reputation should be ignored. Treat people in a friendly manner and almost all will respond just as friendly. thank you

    Beautiful pics 📸, clean wide roads without virtually any trace of litters. The streets are empty.

    Thank you for showing Tembisa. While I love seeing the places you have shown, my favorite ones are the Townships . I love seeing the everyday life of my people. And the homes in Tembisa are very nice.

    Great video beautiful neighborhood. The fences a bit high can't see the homes too much.Are there parks and biking trails. Or does the weather affects vegetation.like here in Arizona its dessert and only specific pla nts can grow thère I appreciate all your efforts stay well❤❤

    • @Walk_Africa
      @Walk_Africa  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks. The weather and soils are not that bad, I think it's just something the land owners should look into and plant more trees like in all other suburbs around South Africa

    Never been to Tembisa, but in the olden days it was infamous for being the dirtiest township around johannesburg, so you must be taking the right turns....not that bad.

    I am American. Why is it trash all on the ground broken walkways and standing water? Why is there traffic moving and not obeying traffic laws if any? Some stop signs aren't there and traffic lights seem not to be working. People seem rude walking into each other and standing in other's way. America needs a lot of improvement SOCIALLY and POLITICALLY. But I do like how organized America is with TRAFFIC and better courtesy than Africa. Oh, why are there so many VENDERS selling everywhere making it difficult for people to walk? Sell in stores NOT out on the streets. It looks MESSY and hazardous selling and trying to walk.
