The scene from the God of War trailer is Hati & Skoll, two wolves who individually pursue the moon and the sun across the sky. Traditionally they catch their respective prey at Ragnarok, but it looks like the opposite is happening here. The celestial bodies have already stopped, and Hati and Skoll get them moving again.
I can't believe there was so much talk of "Oh I remember that" moments and even a mention of Back to the Future II, and yet Kyle didn't utter the words "Doc Brown Spider Monster" even once

Yeah you're definitely not an editor, writer or director. That much is extremely obvious. Glad you liked the hammer and the axe crashing into each other though. But let the big boys talk for now and go play with your Legos.
@@Largentina. People argue the same thing over whether Tony's sacrifice or Cap's hammer wielding was more memorable, they both are.
I also think the positioning of these trailers compared to their release also influences how much can be shown, the GoW trailer is likely the last trailer before launch, Zelda is likely getting one more trailer at TGA and another one in early 2023, you want the best trailer to hit closest to release, so right now the name of the game is what we get on top of the release date.
That scene is skol and hati chasing the sun and the moon. When they catch and eat the sun and moon its the trigger for ragnarok starting. It was such an epic scene
Zelda just has a borderline-unfair advantage here. It's been without question Nintendo's most anticipated game of the last three years and admittedly there are many Zelda-heads out there, myself very much included, who were sold on the game the moment we knew it existed. But if by some miracle there were gamers out there that didn't know what Zelda was and you showed them all the trailers fresh, I couldn't blame them if they didn't see what the appeal was. But since BotW is Nintendo's most widely acclaimed game in recent history, they have the freedom to drip feed info about it since they know we'll wait for it. Since we have a little over half a year until the game arrives, I suspect we'll get two more trailers before then. One will probably show more gameplay and updated features, and the last one will be the final story/launch trailer to get people hyped just like the first game had. Really the sequel is riding the tsunami of the first game, and Nintendo's taking full advantage of that clout.
Dang, that carhorn felt shoe-horned in here this week But the Partitio bit is SO ON POINT. I would love that type of dynamic in a game. Reminds me of the guy in Elden Ring that steals a bit of your collected souls everytime you die. That irked players enough to hunt down and kill him, but if at the end of every battle Partitio was like "donate our loot to the school children?", I'd do it every time.
I'm on a Huber-esque media blackout for Ragnarok so, with the amount of footage I had to skip just now, this episode truly did achieve Sakurai-like brevity for once. Congrats, Bosman, you did it. Or I did it to you, I guess. You're welcome idk
Delayed Input with Kyle Bosman is good. The bonus part at the end with Kyle Bosman is better. I come the the end. Make the whole show just the end. Thanks Delayed Input with Kyle Bosman.
A good movie trailer i have seen recently is Vikram Vedha, an Indian upcoming movie this September. The music, the lines spoken by the characters in the movie, the narrator for the trailer (or maybe even the movie) and even the lyrics of the song, everything fits so perfectly the scenes shown, everything is top notch, and i am afraid to watch the movie, fearing it would be something less that was already shown, if the whole movie is like this it would be a movie of the year or even the decade. That is why i am pleased just with the trailer and wont be watching the movie. A note of importance the trailer for the movie is uploaded 8th of September, the movie comes out 30th of September, and the trailer already has around 48 million views. I would like to read your opinion on the movie, or even if you show it on some of your streams it would be quite good. I am sure looking forward to it.
I only JUST noticed that the background this season is different from the previous ones. I thought the placement of that framed TH-cam comment was off 🤔
The Zelda trailer is good despite being basic because those few scenes of traversal embody what the game is. BotW is not a cinematic game like GoW. This trailer's purpose in particular is just title and date reveal so we did get excess, but also moderation. Best of these three imo.
