Stoked you're enjoyed the content mate, means a lot. Nightmare and Apoc are tough difficulties within Remnant 2, that only a minority are capable of beating. The learning curves intense but you got this 💪
Incredible skills! Not just the gameplay, but your ability to analyze your own play and commentate so quickly and thoroughly is impressive. Super entertaining and very informative. Did anyone else realize that the switch from Ring of the Robust to the Seal of the Empress most likely saved the run when the buffered Cancer roll happened? The slight edge that the Seal had in effective hp at that point was almost nothing, but those two swipes were so close to exactly 50% damage that I think it actually mattered. Great run.
Here I was thinking apocalypse and HC vet runs were beyond my skills these days, then I came across these runs and it got me motivated to give them a try. About 15 or so hours later and I've finished both. Hardest apocalypse boss? Venom. Scariest HC boss? Shrewd... bloody SHREWD!
if i get shrewd first boss on yaesha on an HC i'm fucking roasted. i can never clear the adds fast enough with default gear and it feels like the windows to actually shoot the boss become absurdly tight. very annoying
OMG, I'm on my first playthrough on Survivor and getting smacked in Root Earth. This is incredible gameplay and really highlights to me how much better I need to get. Awesome vid mate. Brilliant stuff.

I know it's only one comment in an almost 8h video, but I reckon nasty comments out of left field can really dampen the mood at times. I'd like you to know that I find your commentary amazing. You're soft spoken, articulate and very knowledgeable and highly skilled at the game. You have great rhythm and pacing when you speak. It's both highly entertaining and educational to listen to your thoughts while you play the game. You don't repeat yourself unnecessarily or beat around the bush. You're precise and concise. On top of that you're incredibly respectful, well-mannered and have a great sense of humor. Keep going mate!
I'm glad i played and continue to play this game on survivor diff, this game is ridiculously hard and there is no shot i even want to attempt any higher diff. Just play casual. ***Post edit here, yeah this game IS AMAZING, I have almost all the gear and maxed out level on all classes, I play apocalypse solo now
I loved watching this run piece by piece. Always been a weird "in-between" player of the series. Neither casual, nor professional. I never usually take the game too serious, but I love the occasional hardcore or high difficulty challenge. This video helped tremendously with both motivation and advice for certain enemies and such. Also love how you're both critical and fair on the game design (IE: the bit about how just because an enemy can BE beaten, doesn't mean it's balanced). Either way, cheers my dude. You look like you worked hard for the win there, so it was well deserved. I'm normally more of a fan of occasional commentary, but it was helpful to hear your rationale of why you did the things you chose to during this run. I'm a fan, and these videos will help me improve my game!

Hey mate! I'd be doing for it lol :) We did the same in Remnant: From the ashes! Wouldn't do it for all classes and just the one as I do prefer PC over console for shooters, but the challenge I'm down for. Cheers

I just completed the HC apoc myself, with a new character. Had many failed attempts but from my attempts, handler and archon were always the strongest runs, despite me beating it with challenger lol. I didn't even proc die hard perk lol The aggro draw from dog is insane and clutch. Archon starts with the OP Enigma and the mod does massive damage to elites early on. Never tried with alch but if you have a ton of scrap, the extra concoctions will be amazing.
As Bolt mentioned, there's others that are definitely stronger (albeit handler has some of its own issues I encountered in my own runs that served to make it much more artifically difficult than it needed to be) But Alchemist becomes extremely strong once you get the ball rolling! There are some ammo issues one can run into early game though. Cheers
Wrangler, Double Barrel... I play it all the time. Wrangler staggers everything. If hits are registered correctly. What unfortunetaly until now is not always the case 😞
I have a few ideas for how we'll do it in future (Rusted weps only, no skills) etc. I'll try and balance what I hope will be entertaining to watch whilst still being challenging! Cheers

I've tried to watch the twitch stream a couple of times but I can't do it. He is good but just the thought that he could die at any point is too stressful. With these youtube videos you know he ain't dying.

You mentioned youre playing pre patch, is there some way i can play pre patch when ive already got the new update installed? So to roll back game version
I honestly have no clue how to roll back, I've just refused to update my game once the patches released in fear of my game being unplayable. I do believe the devs have since fixed a lot of the things I was concerned with - which is reassuring
Haha hey mate, I’ve got a certain muscle memory and I know when it’s aligned incorrectly. Sitting position, etc. If I do the movements and feel it’s off, I’ll look and how I’m missing and adjust accordingly so it aligns correctly again. Hope that makes sense cheers!
Hi Zedor! If you have the ultimate edition on Remnant 2 you start off with a few extra things (Nothing that can't be gained within first 20 min of gameplay) Would highly recommend getting it if you're interested in upcoming DLC for remnant 2, cheers
