The Janaki Temple?
Mithila Culture?
I do think of these and a lot more.
I think of a colourful, vibrant city which feels like a never-ending celebration.
And that is exactly what it is!
My recent vacation to Janakpur gave me a chance to explore some aspects of its culture that often escape the average traveller.
I ate.
I prayed.
I danced.
And,
I fell in love...
... with Janakpur.
