In my bag I keep my gym gloves, my belt for compound lifting, now the bar pad cuz my neck …the jump rope, my resistance band, my big ass headphones 🎧😹…my wallet.. my life 😹my water bottle don’t even fit in the bag .. I have to carry on my hand
Some of us go to the gym before or after work. So personally I have my office clothes in the bag too, my work shoes, a shower towel, and all the little gym accessories (face towel, tumbler, gloves, etc.)

For anyone wondering, it can fit a 15.6 Inc laptop witch makes its perfect for traveling. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxhqixo9uZ1YyoCn9PYPPCh4S-n-1Z-vJl I got the small size and its pretty big, I would even say that you can be fine with an extra small one. With the small you can fit a 15.6 inch laptop, 2 - 3 jeans or panta and at least 4 to 5 shirt and a pair of shoes(if you travel more than you go to the gym of course) and you will still have a lot of space to spear if you know how to organize it. Overall I LOVE IT.
