- Sometimes, we create many reasons that act as barriers and so abundance does not show up. Today is about releasing the energy of stagnation and resistance. Abundance is not just material things, abundance expresses itself in all areas of our lives. Abundance is when we have more than enough. Abundance is eternal and unlimited of anything in life. Just like you look at the abundant endless sky, so is everything in life, endless and abundant. My intention for this meditation is that we, together, remove limits and claim the abundance that you wish to have. It only takes some focus and practice. You can do this. I am rooting for you. We just need to help you to remember, that you are like the vast, abundant sky. So let’s dive right in.

🙏 I’ve done this meditation two or three times and each time I see/feel/hear something more. Previously my “pearls” were disownment and abandonment but today I realized that it’s sometimes my humility that blocks my abundance. Example - I love animals and feed the birds that come to my balcony in Athens. A new one has been coming and I think he/she has special needs because there is some kind of wound on the little head. I can only speculate here but this bird is not afraid my approach to give breadcrumbs, it allows proximity. I was surprised to see the bird this morning because the weather has changed and it rained overnight but there it was ruffled and wet and waiting. As I fed him I thought “this is good karma” and immediately my mind cancelled the thought with the thought “you are not doing this for your own gain”. Indeed I am not but it was an insight for me to see that thought that almost tried to cancel the feel good intention. Too many words but today one of my beautiful “pearls” was humility! This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 821 subs and > 300 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

You guys… I’m newbie to meditation and often get discouraged while meditating. I’ve meditated about 15 times in my life. About 24 minutes in the meditation, i was very emotional, emotional as in impatient and “i need it now” (abundance/my desires) no delay, i have no patience. I visualized myself spinning (to let out my eagerness) and urging the universe to bring to me everything that I’ve wanted. And i felt my bed shake slightly immediately after. My husband got an alert about an earthquake and my dog barked in the living room.
I realized first, how connected i am to Mother Earth 💖 then how POWERFUL i am and am unaware…. I will try to meditate with this video daily.

I haven't meditated for a while but throughout that time I knew and know that I not only desired more and better things in life but just knowing that I am destined for those things in life. While doing the meditation I was expecting to get light headed. But strangely I did but not for long though instead my eyes started to water just thinking all the good things I, you, us the spiritual beings that we are, all creating life that is abundantly in all areas of life. I thank you @purarasa for this meditation I felt really felt the affirmations there and I an looking to continue this meditation when needed.
