Can you use heat to mould the overflow tank to curve around the intake? I'd hit it with a heat gun and apply pressure to it to give you more of a gap. Shout out to Patricia Oakes!

Idea! Pull the bottle off, hit it with a heat gun where the pipe runs for a little bit (just looking to soften the plastic), stretch the plastic into the bottle to your needs, and then immediately throw it in the freezer for 20 minutes. It SHOULD fit better.

Can you cut 10mm off that coupler and push that cooler pipe back a bit to get some clearance? Engine movement is probably going to be hard on that bottle. Either that or get a heat gun and yeah to up the resi, then you can probably just push a whoopsie into it and get it that way.

You could fill the reservoir with water use a heat gun and mold it the shape you want.
Do that with the whole radiator still in place then push it into the intake when its hot.
