Panwa cape is about 10 km from Phuket city and it has beautiful clean beaches. It's not as widely popular as Patong or Kata or Karon beaches but it's more peaceful and less touristic feels. So it's a great option to relax. Here's a hotel that I found is great for view. Plus, it's quite a legend as it's over 30 years standing and among the top choices for world famous movie stars, musicians, and all other celebs.

I loved this review - one of the most honest I've seen. We spent many (probably around 10 or even more) holidays at Cape Panwa, beginning back in the mid- 1990's. So much hasn't changed yet some things, particularly the Beach Bar are no longer what we remember. Back then there were possibly eight bar stools around a tiny bar in something like a thatched shack. The pier walkway was always a favourite for us as well! I was taught how to carve carrot roses by the Panwa House girls as we sat on the beach. So, so friendly and we did leave pieces of our hearts there. Thank you again SO much! x
