how to know on which cloud the VM /NDS is deployed ? like i do login daily to windows VM for work. Just want to know how to get details like where it is deployed? and how many users can login to one VM ?
means, assume that there are 1500 employees in a company
so, do we need to create Separate VM for all users [ie 1500 VM ] for working purposes?

To find out where a VM or NDS is deployed:
Check the location or region in the Azure portal, Azure CLI, or Azure PowerShell.
Regarding the number of users per VM:
It's not necessary to create separate VMs for each user.
Configure VMs to allow multiple users to log in, typically through remote desktop services (RDS) or by allowing multiple simultaneous remote desktop connections.
Design your infrastructure to accommodate multiple users per VM efficiently, rather than creating individual VMs for each user, which is costly and inefficient.
