Unplugging the television worked. I had spent almost two hours on the phone with a cable television technician who had me try various methods to correct the No Signal problem, none of which worked, so they were going to send somebody to the house. Thank you so much for this simple solution.

Man this is the only video that helped me lol . I got home, went to relax and turn on my tv like I always do, and the Roku menu didn’t come up. I had a no signal message on a black screen. I pushed input on my remote, nothing!. I pushed TV, and whatever I could and still nothing. Unplugged the Roku from the wall and the TV outlet and still, nada. I watch this, and unplug my TV cable and all of a sudden it’s rebooted and working fine. Thanks so much for suggesting this first 😊

@@annettegardiner7270Yes from the TV part. I have an older Westing house flat screen TV, which I love because it’s a vintage flatscreen. But it has a plug that connects to the tv to power it on. I unplugged that, and the HDMI cable on my Roku and plugged them both back in and it worked. Of course last night my Roku wouldn’t come on and I realized that the Roku HDMI chip snapped and broke in my TV when my bike I keep in my room hit the tv and moved it 🤦🏽‍♀️. So yeah, I’m online now buying a new one from Amazon 😫. I assume that you are getting the same blank screen as the video?
