Het Friesche Paard, 1939 - 1947 / March 24th, 2021: The very old films are extraordinarily interesting for me. Driving without pole (shafts) had been rather dangerous. --- The last seconds with the sleighs - wonderful! Obviously the "hoof-grip" was not yet invented.
