The Temptations - 227 | Season 2, Episode 5 (1986); including "Lady Soul" & "Get Ready" performances

Today my Temptations Community, I wanna share with you an episode from a TV show the Temptations appeared on!
The Temptations appeared on the classic 80s sitcom show "227" during their second season on November 15, 1986. During the episode, the Temptations came over to Mary Jenkins apart, along with the help of her husband Lester to get freshen up after they apparently got into a little car accident. She would then, nervously asked the Tempts if they would like to perform at the church charity show and they agreed to do so. It almost didn't happen until their Chicago flight got canceled and they were able to perform for the charity. The Temptations performed their latest hit song at the time "Lady Soul" and their 1966 hit classic "Get Ready" to end off the episode. This is not the full episode, this is only parts the Temptations were shown in throughout the episode. This upload is in honor of the legendary actress Marla Gibbs, as her birthday was just yesterday and she is now 93 years old! Wow! She lived such a long life and still got plenty more to live for. I used to love her as "Florence Johnson" on the iconic 70s sitcom "The Jeffersons" growing up. Many more birthday wishes to come, Ms. Gibbs. Temptations Forever.
