There's something wrong with the bpm-meter... There's no way the tempo could rise above 200 like it looks it does, does it? Is it identifying every percussion sound as a beat when they are actually semiquaver or demisemiquaver? The vertical lines on the sonogram and the repeated "one" also show the tempo doesn't change much at all.

Hey! the easiest thing for me notice this 'double 1' - is noticing that this *BREAK* in the music is about to end - and then - when I am dancing I naturally expect the beginning of the next part - which starts in *1 count* - and also with the *LEAD SINGER.* I hope that was helpful :) 😀
It's called dancers count. Where dancers divide a musical phrase into 8 counts or beats and synchronize their steps while dancing accordingly. Here the number one is announced to indicate the beginning of a new phrase, to train beginner salsa dancers find the beat in salsa music which is usually a hard thing to do in salsa music.
