Not really a CL since you still got to play the dd role of sitting in a cap and harassing dds. It’s for sure among the hardest dds to master at tier 10 due to the positioning required and the mastering to be able to hit all 10 torps

If you have APCS at close range it’s not too bad. Just gotta be careful since Smolensk can destroy you quick
