excellent pedigree and very nice colors and pigment on the pups,i had the opportunity to see "BOLLE" in action a few times and also a few of his sons that carried that "signature BOLLE coat color",these pups should be solid workers!
As a German shepherd lover I sooo appreciate your video because there's so many bad breeders out there without knowledge. This shows real passion in regards of what the true working dogs should be because it's rare for people to talk this stuff. Much love 🥰
Can you test the shepherds for natural inborn defensiveness? So say you wanted a dog to be more calm towards a family ask in less prey but more like the ddr dogs with higher natural defence??
I love the generalizations you provide. And that you tell people the truth that it could change down the line and the middle of the road dog may end up being the best one. Really enjoyed your info on the pedigree. This is something I wish I understood better. A video on learning and reading pedigrees would be great.
My husband and have been fortunate enough to have had the most exceptional dogs during our married life of 33 years. We always chose rescue puppies of large mix breed, male and the most important, the runt. They have all been working protectors.
That is an easy fix but has to be done before the puppy is 7 months old. You simply tape it up, most vets know how to do it, it isn't painful and supports the ear cartilage. This is mostly a result of the female not receiving the calcium she needed when pregnant.
I also liked your puppy testing techniques - fascinating ! I really like the litter! I saw Javir in that pedigree , I also have a Staatsmacht kennel male puppy ( I got from Stefan) , father line is Napoleon Barnero , GF - Gero Female is Quaste Staatsmacht- (some line breeding )- her father is Quardes - super strong dogs in this pedigree my pup is 14 months old - those pups look great ! Look forward to seeing how they work!
Great video you said also do this test with Malinois puppies also Doberman people can see the difference in other breeds working lines and Family Lines
That was awesome 👍, thank you very much! I'm getting my GSD female pup next month. Now I have a better idea of what to look for. Her pedigree comes from the show line Gsd from South America Argentina
Something tells me this video was to be posted earlier today, instead of the LIVE. LOL! 😂 I’d pick the first puppy 🥰 - the bi-colour female … not the one that’s listed for sale. Not that there’s anything wrong with her … I just prefer the first female’s personality more … what little I saw of it!
I'm a big fan of the Staatsmacht, I got a GSD thats has Quardes, 2nd Gen, black jack, Hammer Tiekerhook, Pike del la lupo , Tom Z. P, going to be a stud to a female that i have that has the same line, just lined up different, I cant wait till she come in heat,
I have the wonderful fortune of getting a lovely working line shepherd pup soon. Met the parents, wonderful dogs. Huge litter, 14 of them, and mine's a bicolour female a lot like the first pup you showed here. Bold, outgoing, but also very playful with my kids and me. Going to be a handful for sure, but looking forward to it!
Having met a full sibling to the sire (Kava v TK), I'm not surprised by the prey or noise responses! Make sure they get expoure to stairs/see through surfaces would be my recommendation based off what I've seen from the Hopper dogs I've met so far. My hopper granddaughter is socially open to other dogs but reserved at first, very independent when it comes to new environments, but not particularly high in hunt drive.
Great demo 👌 Would have enjoyed seeing the testing for all the pups in this litter. It'd also be interesting to see a re-testing some months from now. Most importantly: are the little chonkers' coats soft? Because they look bunny-fur soft from here 🤗🥰 And Link's eyes 😍 what a darling!
Ive never owned one of these types but have owned bred and raised 100s of hunting dogs, why are Shepards bred and developed with wrecked rear ends , they couldn't compete for a full days hard work with a sport dog that has correct performance conformation, that over angulated rear and dropped top line wouldn't allow it, I just question the reason the breed has it when its really a fault, Malinois have so much better conformation for work.
That’s more in the Conformation area like AKC. Why I have no idea😖. But when you get into these working lines, they are much more square and look like a Shepherd should. Going to a GSD Seiger show would be a good thing. There, like on a IGP field, you will see working line dogs. They are judged by the specific breed standard (GSD, Rott, Dobie,Mal). The judges give a verbal critique as they go, and the owners get a copy. There is also a significant test of the dogs in motion as part of the test. They are run in a very large field. And it’s not unusual for the dogs to have to gait 15-20 times around the field. This really highlights the dog’s movement. Unlike AKC/CKC where they seldom do more than one lap in a small ring.
The German shepherd conformation standard was designed to produce a dog able to trot at medium speeds and work along side sheep while herding all day. It doesn’t prevent them from working all day in that sense. The more extreme levels of angulation for rob the dog of some athleticism.
Maybe because you've only ever seen show line american shepherds. You've probably never seen the straight back working lines we have over here in the U.K and Europe. Rare you will ever see a showline here in the U.K. especially nowadays.
That’s not always true, with good west German showline breeders they still do igp or herding and a decent American showline breeder will at least herd. Both of which can’t have deformed dogs perform in
Pugs, dachshunds, bull dogs, chihuahuas and flat faced breeds too... They have so many health problems. It's not just dogs, it happens in reptiles, birds, lagomorphs, rodents, cats, and even goats. Fainting goats have neurogical issues and so do spider ball pythons. There is a domestic rabbit that can't jump because of their genes. This is why you should always do extensive health testing before breeding any animals.
I have raised Labrador Retrievers all my life and trained them for hunting and hunt tests. December I will be getting my first GSD out of Virginia. Ive researched for 2yrs and found a kennel. The kennel has been in operation for 40yrs. They only have 3 litters a year from 2 females. They are healthy and the breeder guarantees it. You must know how to read line breeding to get the best. Haz knows his shit. Follow him and learn. I paid 3.5k for my pup. Pricey, not really when you know how to read all of the pedigree.
Just a thing to know, I think most people in greek pronounce Kratos as "Kray-Toe-s'. A powerful name as is, but I think you'll get a couple looks if you pronounce it 'krah-tus" lol But what do I know, maybe his owners actually pronounced it that way.
For a "normal" handler that knows what he is doing a male is just easier, no heat cycles, less unxepected same sex aggration, more power to contain insted of "to bring"... Just much easier...
He's human he likes coffee what's the difference? That's actually got nothing to do with what he's talking about ! Must people nit pick about the coffee we're talking about the puppies! beautiful puppies!
Crazy how people can talk all about genetics with animals, but when it comes to humans, genetics have nothing to do with temperament, behavior, social and physical tendencies, and thought patterns.
How can you be more interested of a pedigree (Ausland) than testing the puppy's with a puppytest as a garantie for the future ?! Puppytest is a moment to select the best puppy at that moment of test but no garantee for future (sport) , i know ! But a German pedigree is also not a garantee for quality or succes (sport) .Video's of national trails , titles and so on is also no garantee that those bloodlines (Father of Mother sides) are basic succesfull good for progeny working abilities . Many studdogs and also bitches are oneday flies in their litter regarding titles & health (hips , elbows , ...) .
Pups look great and the first female was great.
Nice Arowana in the aquarium as well.
Kind of a sad setup though, not much enrichment or plants for the fish.
Link is adorable.
"Oh, another puppy .. Ok..."
5 sec later
"Wait i like you!"

Love the puppy temperature testing you do
Love the video and it makes so much sense to me. I appreciate also the conclusion on their different characters, well done…
My husband and have been fortunate enough to have had the most exceptional dogs during our married life of 33 years. We always chose rescue puppies of large mix breed, male and the most important, the runt. They have all been working protectors.
Life is good again! THE ECOSYSTEM WANTED MORE DOG VIDEOS.....AND SHIELD HAS BEEN DOING JUST THAT! keep it up.
My GSD ear came up, went back down, and never came up again. Everyone loves the ear. I wish it was up 😂

Hi mr Haz .Can you make a short video about sarabi dog protection training. Thanks
I like a tough hard shepherd. Are you breeding East German lines????
I like to he puppy test you do. I had mals and Dutch shepherds and I did the same kind of testing. People could not handle my dogs
I WANT one!!!! Awesome Haz!
Had no idea you were a stone throw....
Very nice and great to know.
Thanks for posting. Great info here.

How much do pups of this caliber go for?
If this was a Mal litter, they would only be trying to bite instead of explore..😂. Crazy the difference between GSD pups and Mal pups.
Great demo 👌
Would have enjoyed seeing the testing for all the pups in this litter.
It'd also be interesting to see a re-testing some months from now.

Because they look bunny-fur soft from here 🤗🥰

I would take the last male shown in the video, good looking pup as well.
How to help your doog get more enviromentolly confident and less stress to noises and movements? Thankss
I'm looking for these genetic lines to train for personal protection and I'm looking for serious dogs
I'm looking for strong working genetic lines like these to train.
What do you think is a good breed for a family dog with hobby protection/obedience work? Australian Shepherd?
So do you favour females or males?
How can I get in touch with you???? James
Very informative. I learned a lot!
The two later pups would be my choice , couple of big busters , very nice
If I have a GSD puppy that looks like the first female that was doing the testing will he be a bi color ?
I’m curious to know where that first female went. She is going to be a beast.
Do you sell dogs also? I am in Texas and have been looking for a working line GSD but I can not find a breeder in Texas. HELP PLEASE!!!😂
the golden is so out of place, I love it
Awesome. Thank you.
thank you for the video...i would get a pup from you...way too many soft american GSD
Great vid.
I love a tough ,hard shepherd. Like to get in touch with you
this kind of video is really great!
for a second I thought the cow hide was shit spatters on the floor.
Like that Last bicolor Male And the first female would be hard decision. LOVE the bicolors tho
I can help. I'll take the female ;)
great video!
Has anyone else notice if a GSD pups ears take long to come up they end to be bigger dogs.
I would pick the first bicolor female because it's so difficult to find a nice female these days. You can always breed outside to great males
I'm looking for a female pup from your breeding program. You are breeding my kind of dogs. I'm James

Just shows how advanced street dogs are!

Is it true that naturally, males are more protective of territory, while females are more protective of family?
I’m always partial to dark colored dogs!
I like that first Bicolr female
I'd take the little bicolour male
My Malinois pups would have rekt that box lol
I want a female or a male….
Crazy to believe the one dog started in multiple video games
For a "normal" handler that knows what he is doing a male is just easier, no heat cycles, less unxepected same sex aggration, more power to contain insted of "to bring"...

💪💪💪
He's human he likes coffee what's the difference? That's actually got nothing to do with what he's talking about ! Must people nit pick about the coffee we're talking about the puppies! beautiful puppies!
They look half mal and half gsd
Scatter bred dogs.
Outcrossed (different breed)
All these are sport dogs, show dogs, Mercy dogs 👀
That's how working line gsd pups look
Crazy how people can talk all about genetics with animals, but when it comes to humans, genetics have nothing to do with temperament, behavior, social and physical tendencies, and thought patterns.
Are you being sarcastic? Genetics has everything to do with behavior in humans.

Hiya, this is prob
Question why breed over the top dogs for police work when the majority of police k9 handlers are amateurs who have no clue how to handle a dog
Because extreme dogs are the only ones worth breeding and moderate dogs are usually poor working quality.
The idiocy of people thinking high drive is workability. A dog can work defensively, without high drive!!!
Maybe not hold a cup for a better presentation.
Micro manage much?
I’m curious to know where that first female went. She is going to be a beast.
