Many people think Nightwing is strong asf but imo it's the grapple that is way too unbalanced, hard to predict and sometimes broken in a good way or a bad way. Grapple need a rework
Maybe just keep reverting its grapple kick to how Batmans work without the kick and more wind up with his smoke bomb, so it's not instantaneous
