I really want to know what should be the dosage of the medicine if the constitution of the remedy matches to that of the patient, what potencies one should take and for how long a medicine can be taken to have ever lasting effects.

Dear Krishna you should visit a professional homeopath. Your case needs to be analysed deeply. In homeopathy there are layers of remedies given in proper sequence to get treated. Moreover there are two types of symptoms subjective and objective. So you should not analyse yourself. Visit a good homeopath.
