Great fight my man Ricky baby!! Great job catching the punches. Like I keep saying the secret to this game is catching the punches with blocks. Especially on a fighter like this guy who kept throwing so much punches. I know the belly tickler is irritating but catch those punches. The more you catch his punches the more quickly he’ll run his stamina down. Also step back and block that will also run down their stamina. Then when you’re ready to throw go in with high-low combos. High-low combos are good because you have a high chance to slip their punch and counter. Especially if they go high then you’ll already be on the low throwing a punch. Plus combos have a high chance of getting through blocks. Now for them blocking go in their and give them a push to open the block. Especially especially if you have them up against the ropes. Right after you push and open their block throw a quick jab or cross. The punch will most definitely land if they aren’t quick to get back to the block. You can also land a hook to do more damage if you’re really close enough. This guy wanted to wear down your stamina by going to the body. But I don’t worry about my body so long as I’m catching the punches. Going to the body really leaves your head exposed. If someone is going to the body like this guy step back make him miss, and use your reach and counter to his head. My only comment to your fighting was maybe you threw quite a bit of punches and it seemed as if he blocked quite a few. Your stamina seemed to drain much more quickly than I would’ve liked. He did however hit you with a bunch of body punches coupled with him blocking a few of yours. So that probably added to the lowering of your stamina. All in all great fight my man great fight. Your boxing skills have seriously greatly improved by a long shot. 👍👍👍 Anyway again great fight and of course commentary. Keep up the great work bro. Oh and remember Zach vs Slater lol. 😂🤣😂

The thing about issac frost players is they get think they can just body you because he’s so powerful so defensive is key once you get in his head the fight is yours he will just start getting frustrated I play as him a lot and he’s really OP
yeah if you meet a frost just move around the ring a lot throwing onetwos in the early rounds eventually they will get impatient and try to brawl with you when that happens throw a power right hand that should knock the shit out of them I used this every time against almost everyone but it seems to work best against issac frost and mike tyson players

the way you were fighting in this one. you didn't need to see a scorecard to clearly see you were losing. you have no output.. When you flight the computer you can get away with your punching only when you want to. when you fighting people online your Style does not work. you will constantly lose on point when you spend half the fight blocking but not throwing.. USE YOUR DAMN JAB.. JAB JAB JAB. create distance through the jab get some points going for you
You need to learn how to "catch and counter" Your opponent was on the line all night lol. For every shot there's a certain shot yo correctly counter it n actually land. Good shit tho.💯

This dude would've gone out early dealing with me no head movement at all. You can also double tap the stick to the side and slip them as well.

Frost is hard its not an outright fight theres one round you have to not let him land a certain amount of punches then the next round you have to land a cwrtain amount of body shots. He KOd me so many times. Ive been playing this game for years and recently sold my xbox 360 and got a ps4 and I gotta get this agian. I MISS IT BADLY

My secret weapon is those little lunges you can do by tapping the left stick in the direction you wanna move instead of holding it. I’m sure you already know that though 😂😂 but I bring that up because when your going against a guy who’s throwing so many body shots like him, then the lunges come in handy even though your head movement was on point during the video; it really can only get you so far against someone switching from body to head and just ripping combos. yunno what I’m saying? I feel like it can make for some pretty flashy Ali clips to by just lunging out of the way and throwing one shot, moving out of the way, lunging again and maybe doubling up some shots. I haven’t played in awhile but off the top of my head I don’t think it drains much stamina so you kinda can lung back often against someone pressuring you like this guy but someone might be able to clear that up for me if I’m wrong. Brilliant fight it was a good watch that’s for sure👍🏻😁as you already know Ali is not good up close I have found his power is best suited for a fight at range that’s for sure, you needed to work the jab more but most importantly get the timing for the counter down and you will be hitting people like a freight train. Just using Ali in particular I would be moving around more. Use your foot work and jab. I’d definitely just try to stay on the outside and throw jabs and straights. Especially against Frost, that boys got T. rex arms
Good fight! But you need to double flick the left stick and your fighter will move quicker. If your clever you can use it to counter. For example double flick up and throw a right. If your just trying to create distance double flick left. You will side step left and then counter with a right. Also when weaving, try to weave in half circles(half circles up for head shots/half circles down for body).
When fighting a body snatcher with Ali you should use the step back counter straight right down the pipe, he’ll switch up his Game plan or get knocked out.
Great video I love fightnight really well made games stand the test of time that's for sure. Pretty sure his output in the first 4 rounds was allot that's why he tried to shell starting in the 5th. But the dude had skill for sure. Way to stick with your game plan though sticking and moving is the best way to be defensive make em miss and fire back. You have to use your movement stick more flick it in any direction and follow it up with counters the best counter is the step back straight when he throws flick the stick back and throw your counter right hand works every time
lol in fight night round 4 there's an achievement called "my style is impetuous" you have to beat mike tyson on G.O.A.T difficulty and oh my god it is extremely hard he knocks you out in seconds no matter who you use you should do it and that achievement name is a nice throwback to one of mike tysons angry rants lol please do it
I'm only a 3rd of the way through but Ricky! You should try drop some jabs in between his punches when he gets reckless with the body punching, its free points and racks up decent damage over a couple rounds if they decide to just body hunt my man! also in settings or whatever in main menu you can turn on your health bar which is helpful in terms of knowing exactly what's landing or bleeding through your block, if you prefer not having it allgood but I found it helpful in understanding the game a bit better
And when aggressive fighters start going back like you said they're often trying to change pace and counter you so a good tactic I use is to close distance then slide back to try draw their counter or throw ONE body jab then double back before they can counter, if you hang round to long on the front foot it can become easy counters for your opponent

When an oppenemt6is pressuring you like that tab the back button twice quickly and it will allow you to slip back which will let you counter him and possibly stun him he is quite predictable shouldn't have much stamina and should be easy to ko

When an oppenemt6is pressuring you like that tab the back button twice quickly and it will allow you to slip back which will let you counter him and possibly stun him he is quite predictable shouldn't have much stamina and should be easy to ko
