Hi Orlando, first of all thank you for being so softspoken, recently it’s been unbearable trying to watch videos due to the intensity and volume of narrators, so your calmness is a breath of fresh air! I have a few questions I’m trying to find on the internet, but failing. How would this work for a woman? I like unisex fragrances and don’t mind more masculine tones, but sometimes Zara puts what I call a “cologne DNA” in their fragrances in the men’s section. Would this be good on a woman? Or would it smell like men’s perfume? You sounded a bit hesitant when mentioning it’s unisex but leans masculine. Would the “gourmand” side be overly suffocating? My skin intensifies vanilla to the point it eats up every other note - does this have that quality? When praline is mentioned I immediately think of Shaghaf Oud and how cloyingly sweet it is… Also I have a question about the scent family. Is it oriental, or straight out Arabic? And is there a sort of oud quality? Oud is awesome but it instantly gives me a migraine, which unfortunately is too common in straight out Arabic scents over orientals in general.
Hi Sue, thank you so much for your comment. On regards to this fragrances I think it is unisex as many of them from Zara on the men's collection are. Are you familiar with Angel's Share by Kilian? This one is a less intense, less sweet version of Angel's Share. It's composed by the same perfumer and smells similar but not as sweet and not as intense. I understand what you mean by some Zara fragrances having that cologne smell, but that is not the case of this one. I would suggest you going to a Zara shop (if you can) and try it for yourself. The reason I say it leans more masculine is because I also think that Angel's Share does lean more masculine but we all smell things differently and I find most perfumes to be Unisex anyway, I also have fragrances from Zara that are on the ladies section such as their Vanilla collection which is amazing, I think I have three of them. I wouldn't say this fragrances is oriental nor Arabic, it is more like a warm, slightly sweet, warm spicy, that smells a bit like a spicy Christmas cake. I think it is delicious but again try it if you can.

I love Serge Lutens’ Five o’clock au gingembre, it gives me that Christmas cookie scent too. I also agree that most fragrances are unisex, especially the slightly masculine ones. Recently I got another fragrance from Zara’s men’s section, and it’s the perfect summer scent for me. I might try to see if I can find this in-store; if not, it might be worth to get a bottle, and I can always gift it to my Dad if it’s not my cup of tea!
This is definitely one of the best from this collection. My favourites are this one 1st place ( the more I wear the more I like it), 2nd place will be 'Full Moon over the Desert' and 3rd place will be 'Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes'

Female here...full moon is a dupe for Shalimar oud lattafa which is higher on the ladder rich opulent and without this strange note at the end, which must be the evarnyl s'ing like that. Didn't buy it, not worth the money. SDAS smells good but the sillage is not that... Bought 2 bottles an hour ago, still making up my mind to get a refund or not because, the scent lacks of power... I have to sniff my scarf with a deep breath to smell it so... I prefer Khamrah which is quite different far away from this one. Will I rebuy it? Not at all... It definitely didn't blow my mind. Smells good, but do not get the excitement I have, when I buy a new fragrance... 😅

It is very very similar. It's sort of a lighter version. But I wouldn't say it is a clone. It's only a similar perfume by the same perfumer

Parfumo users say 6 to 8 hours, no as long as the original but respectable nontheless
