ANNULMENT IS NOT ENOUGH. GIVE THESE PEOPLE FREEDOM. BUT THERE NEED TO BE GUIDELINES BEFORE A COUPLE FILES FOR A DIVORCE.
It's eye-opening to those who were opponent of Divorced Bill. It is easy for them to oppose because they were not abuse. But to those who were abuse like me Divorce Bil is the solution of our Marital agony. Thank you Cong. Joel Chua and more power!

It's not about making divorce cheaper but filing cases against philandering husbands and wives getting cheaper or at no costs as long as it is exclusive to family matters and also effective government enforcement of the penalties. For the poor they don't need annulment or divorce they just separate. A common knowledge already.
