Restarted it 2 weeks ago & once again it had the same effect. I've been doing this workout for the past three days and been enjoying it quite a lot, I plan on contininuing daily, however I really want my calves to slim down, I don't believe I have much muscle there, and it's mainly fat...Gr I hate them. I've read some exercises can make calves bulkier, I'm worried that if I workout, I'll gain muscle instead of losing fat? Does anybody have an experience with this regarding this workout? I'm currently eating 1,200 calories a day, low carb moderate fat and protein, no processed foods either. I enjoy exercises within my home as opposed to going outside and where I live it's really hilly, so walking and running is more likely to bulk my legs up. Any suggestions? Or answers? I realise this video is old, but I love doing this.

love how the stretches and cool downs were integrated with the actual workout... otherwise mostly i skip that part towards the end.. very holistic workout.. and didn't bore me for a sec..

I've been doing this workout video along with other popsugar videos for 4 months now 5 times a week. I have lost zero inches!! This is becoming incredibly frustrating. Does anyone have any idea why or suggestions on how to get results? I'm about to give up all together. All this effort for no results other than larger thigh muscles, it's not fun and making me quite sad.
I am very sorry you are struggling! I can understand the frustration. Often when it comes to losing weight people overemphasize the exercise part. But diet is 80% of the equation. Exercising can increase hunger in some people and even eating a tad more as a result can offset the results. If you want to lose inches I would definitely add calorie tracking. It could also be that you just very quickly gain muscles in certain areas (thighs) so there is no inch loss even though there is fat loss. In that case try more slow cardio like walking and less HIIT or strength for that muscle. You will then get smaller there again. Best of luck!
