The epic battle between The Hulk vs Optimus Prime (Transformers) takes place in Grand Theft Auto V
Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots. Long ago, he was the humble leader of Cybertron's science division, which studied the AllSpark, and were protected by Lord High Protector Megatron's military. When Megatron was corrupted by The Fallen, Optimus discovered that he was the last of the Dynasty of Primes, hidden away when The Fallen destroyed their lineage. In response to Megatron's attempts to seize the AllSpark and conquer other worlds, Optimus assumed his proper title and rallied the Autobots to stand against the Decepticons.
The Hulk (Doctor Robert Bruce Banner) is a renowned scientist in the fields of Biochemistry, Nuclear Physics, and Gamma Radiation. He is one of the scientists who tried to recreate the Super Soldier Serum which originated Captain America in World War II, but when an exposure to high levels of Gamma Radiation instead of Vita Radiation went awry, the mild-mannered scientist found himself plagued with a peculiar condition; when angered or provoked, he would transform into the rage-fueled and nearly mindless green-skinned monster known as the Hulk.

Optimus Prime is severely underestimated. Ill take G1 Optimus because Alternity Prime is simply a God above Galacticus and eternals of Marvel.
Feats:
Optimus has had his spark casing crushed and he survived. Prime who is in possession of Vector Prime’s (G1) spark is said to have the power to end the entire Transformers Universe with one explosion. His spark casing being crushed inherits the total energy of 300 Supernovas being transmitted when Megatron tore it from Optimus.
Prime got caught in the middle of a collapsing space bringing which tore him apart. He also survived that. This space bridge breaks the laws of time and space which is insane.
Both megatron and optimus have been shot by regenisis powered shockwaves blast and only cracked his windshields. To get an idea how strong shockwave was at the time, one shot was able to bend the fabrics of space and time and could destroy the whole universe with one shot. Shockwave was essentially a GOD in possession of his regenesis powers.
Within the same timeline, Optimus punches that same Megatron to pieces, who was shot from Shockwave’s blast, draining energy from multiple Universes. So it’s safe to say Prime’s singular punch has much energy stored as multiple Universes. To back this up:
He has tanked attacks from D-void. A reality warping, universe controlling entity that possed nova prime and defeated Galvatron 3x who also was possessed by D void. D void and Nova Prime were draining powers from a dead transformers Universe. To give you an extent of the Transformers Universe, it is an Infinite platform with infinite worlds (G1). but Unicorn, the Transformers Satan has engulfed 22.96 percent of this universe. Optimus Prime bare handed, beat down Nova Prime possessed D void to pieces whilst tanking several blasts from this Nova prime. Galvatron G1 can one shot planets and can easily smash open planets with the insanity he inherited. (Basically the World Breaker Hulk). IDW Galvatron had the power of the dead Universe who can erode anything he touches, defeated a prime (impossible but he did it) and had the anti matter matrix which kills anything he touches. I am sure it was this version of Galvatron where Optimus Prime ripped off his arm cannon in anger and beat him down with it to mash after Galvatron beat Metroplex.
Furthermore, He cracked Six shots Chestplate with a single punch. To get an idea how hard that is, sixshots chestplate is drawn from the subatomic materials of a collapsed star (also known as supernova) this means his armor has over 300 billion tons of density. It is safe to assume that the idea behind creating this alloy would be so that whoever possesses it can easily withstand the explosions that can end entire galaxies. If calculated, Prime’s punch to Sixshot would be 605 kilotons of TNT or over half a megaton of TNT. Prime also gave Megatron a beating that can almost kill him. Don’t forget, this is a Megatron that survived planet moving explosions of 12,637.1878 Yottatons (1 Yottaton has 27 zeros) and universal destroying blasts. I Think Thor comic version picked up a Midgard Serpent and threw him which equaled a force of 16 Sextillions. (Yottaton is the number of Septillions>Sextillions). This means Primes punches are stronger than multiple universal blasts. Prime also defeated a cosmic threat known as Thunderwing, who soundwave screams can end the Universe (a much stronger version of Thunderbolt from Marvel). Prime tanked this in point blank.
Another reason why he is a universal character is because he cured the universal spanning hate plague with the matrix.
Tanked a refinery explosion that was visible from space and left a gash on the surface of cybertron - 8 Billion cubic liters of energon exploded where the explosion was visible in orbit.
Tanked attacks from ore-13 empowered megatron who at the time, was many times stronger then optimus.
All transformers in the g1 continuity are “extremeophiles, this means that they can survive any temperature”.
When ratchet was repairing optimus, laser beak infiltrated the base and shot the insides of prime causing hus insides to blow up. Prime actually survived that.
With the matrix, prime can heal from any wound (just like deadpool)
When his body parts are separated from his body, his head is able to control them and re attach (this is no joke, it happened in a G1 episode)
he uploaded his conscience into infra space until his body repaired
he got stomped on by trypticon and survived. His feelings were hurt more than his body. Trypticon is a giant titan robot who in G1, can stop to upto a 1,022,090,150 tons of Force. Trypticon’s kinetic energy from that stomp would have been 8,744.4 kilotons or 8.7 megatons of Force.
The only reason why prime died is because he was versing an opponent who was the same strength/ durability as him and maybe even stronger. Also he didn’t die from “one laser blast) he had is insides opened up and megatron shot his insides (potentially getting his spark)
He has unlimited strength if he calls for Vector primes spark and also his abilities such as space and time manipulation
If he possesses megatronus spark then he gains his abilities such as telekenisis, and matter manipulation
He has lifted an oil tanker over his head and threw it (oil tanker weighs over 700,000 tons) and caught the Washington monument (81,000 tons).
His lifing strength is immeasurable if he calls for vector primes spark (instantaneous)
He was able to defeat nova prime and D-void who both had powers of reality warping and was able to control the whole dead universe.
He can shoot lasers from his eyes and hands
he can read a dictionary from 10km
he can hear a butterflies wings from 3km
he can shoot a target precisely from ground level to space
He is smarter than preceptor
Optimus is able to command 1000 battles at once
He re entered earth from space when he got shot from the deception starship, and crashed into the ground from space, only to get up and tell his comrades he is fine
he has also been shot by anti matter and survived
He has the reaction time to dodge megatrons laser, and punch missiles away (also done it in the g1 cartoon)

I like how Optimus Prime is bigger than the Hulk now. That's how it's suppose to be. Back then in Gta 4 they were the same size. I'm glad they fixed that tho. This was an awesome battle!
