Bartender here in Alberta, Canada. In most bars here, the celery stick has been replaced by spicy hot pickled beans or a pickle depending on the amount of heat the customer requests. Caesar's are a very popular drink & requested often where I work. I've only just started bartending again after a 10 year absence from behind the bar. Love your videos. Great for learning again. Thnx

Hi Vlad, I’m from Brasil! Here is a few tips for your caipirinha! When you cut the lemon, you have to remove the white part from the center, because the flavor of the white part isn’t good for the cocktail, and smash the Lemon with sugar! Use crushed ice! I guarantee you that your cocktail will be much better!!! Try it and thanks me later! 😉

I lived there back in the 1950-60s for 7 yrs but moved to Vancouver about 60 yrs ago. My favorite cocktail right now is a variation of Long Island called Galiano Island (there is a real Galiano Is. west of Vancouver). I replace tequila with galiano & replace cola with cranberry juice. Cheers.

Hey Vlad, Brazilian here! Very happy with this new series, hoping for it to be amazing.
Just wanted to point some minor details out, regarding the caipirinha:
    1) it is important to take out the lime core, as it is more acidic than the remainder of the fruit
    2) it is advised to lay the lime chunks upside down (as in, the peel facing upwards and the consumable part facing down) when mashing the lime with the sugar. In doing so, you release fewer acidic oils from the lime
    3) some people in Brazil like their caipirinha the same way as James Bond likes his Martini: shaken, not stirred
    4) although caipirinha is associated by tourists with Rio de Janeiro, it actually comes from Brazil's countryside. The name caipirinha means "small countryside girl", and Rio de Janeiro isn't famous for it's countryside 😂
Cheers mate! Keep up the great work!

I'm brazilian, and the caipirinha made with simple syrup is so much better in my opinion, but is a shaked drink, not a stired one

I love Aquafaba! I use it in almost all my baking! It whips up just like meringue for sponge cakes, soufflés, macaroons, Swiss butter cream, cookies, etc etc.. it’s the best vegan egg replacement ever! Us vegans know all the good secrets! 😉

I might be biased as a Canadian, but the Ceasar is damn delicious. My personal favourite drink. Apart from a Long Island Iced Tea.
I'd like to visit that Long Island place one day, if only it were real.

Try cocktails from Tunisia ! The most popular one being the Hafsia (like Margarita, but replace Tequila with Boukha, which is a fig eau de vie)

Canadian here, next time I would try using a thicker clamato juice, your caesar looked really watery compared to how they usually look. Also, we typically just build right in the glass :) . Super fun video and thanks for sharing !

What Clamato brand do you usually use?

@@VladSlickBartender @Vlad SlickBartender Ahh that's too bad about the clamato brand! There's another company called Walter's that's smaller and does a thicker style people really seem to like, it also comes in a couple of different flavours. Keep up the great content :)
