I’m sorry I don’t know French, I hope it’s ok to write in English 👍 These PowMr 60A controllers have a software fault where they drop into PWM mode (mode 7 on the display) and you need to switch off the PV input and reconnect it to get back to mode 4 (MPPT). Did anyone find a solution? I’m wondering about adding an automatic resetting circuit which disconnects the PV input via a mosfet SSR but I don’t know where to find the control signal from. I need a signal which goes high or goes low when the unit changes to mode 7 🤔
@@stokeeic I didn’t fix it yet, but I noticed that when it happens the voltage at PV input drops to around 40V (normally it is 50-60V). If I leave it alone then it drops further during the next hours,m down to 24V. I’m thinking I will create a small circuit which switches PV input off (via SSR solid state relay) if PV voltage is 40V or below. But the circuit must switch off only briefly (for a few seconds) then reconnect.

Sometimes the input capacitor remains charged and the charge controller continues to measure a voltage. Then I have to interrupt the performance for about 1 minute. I will work with an optocoupler on the gate to pull it to source from the input Mosfet in the mppt charger. It’s called “MakeSkyBlue 40A solar MPPT charge controller, auto reset I had to build” by user “Opera”. My experience has been that my PowMr unit will always reset with a break of a few seconds in PV input and my PV panels are already wired via a SSR which my BMS uses to switch charging on and off, so I just need a reliable way to sense the lockup condition and switch off my SSR for a few seconds. Maybe your idea of picking up the input from the PowMr PWM circuit will work.
