This show brought tears to me and all my girlfriends eyes... it's beautiful.
I ushered for this show!!!!! i heard the music every night and im still not tired of it!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG!! i loved this show. problem is that i can't see it again. The songs are beautiful!
seriously...this music is amazing...
I love this show SOOO MUCH!!! i ushered it and NEVER got tired of it!!!! Here are the lyrics from the reprise of Gentleman's daughter:
He likes me
i'm certain
he pays such
attention
for I am a gentleman's daughter
we all need a partner
and I'm no exception
i just didn't know until now!
love is enigmatic
it amazes and surprises
but fate improvises
if we don't step in
(unknown)
to accept the invitation
I have the provocation
This sounds like Tim Gulan as Knightley. He's wonderful!
Having worked at a theatre where this show went up with most of same actors, they have beautiful voices, but the woman who plays Emma is horrible to deal with....she's lucky she has that wonderful voice!
but will I resist?
i dare not rebel
if he is my fate
then I might as well
other people's pleasure
will always be my leisure
but why bear such pleasure alone?
the match that i'd most like to make
should rightly be
(should rightly be)
my own!
What was the name of the theatre?
Not true! It's beautiful!
