What is so great about it, is that the author takes time to demonstrate not only the work and the product but the actual involvement of every staff to it's position which is a success story.
Love seeing all the guy (you can just tell they love!! Being on video!) that actually make the ribs… great video certainly made a positive impression on me!
Had my 5m Tornado re-tubed in 2022, and I can tell you all these staff are still working at XS-Ribs, and that in itself tells you all you need to know. I love my Rib and I know at some point I will do another project with xs..amazing service.
We expect our craft to have an operational life of 20 years, foam does not last that long and given the hull is a sealed void. where no significant quantity of water can enter, there is no advantage in putting foam in there. Often foam is used to lighten the lay up by bulking out the internals to add strength. Any one who has any experience of a soggy "Del Quay" boat will understand why we do not use foam !
Hull. Best place to make a boat surely.

A great insight into how a great boat is made by a great company!
Great video, well done Laurence and team
Great to see the old old videos brought up to date, and to see the care taken in building the boats
Did my power boat level 2 on an XS 800 RIB with a 200hp Verado on the back 😀 Was well impressed with it 👍
Very very stable and felt very safe.

Did a great job our our retube.

Rookie question, Why don’t you fill the hull with foam?
