Like, riot gave us trinkets because people didn't buy wards, now even having those free, people still don't use them. I'm always checking the vision score, there's always someone who just don't ward.
I dont know why it feel funny to you ? I mean 40% flat atackspeed feel really good on xayah and that 7% movespeed is good to outspeed everyone combine with ghost . Its really cheap item too i mean there is no other item except static shiv that give you this much stats for this low price . You dont buy it for that pasive you buy it for stats thats all .
