Today I went back and played one of my favourite UFC games to date, EA Sports UFC 4! It amazes me how good this game was and I definitely took it for granted. Enjoy the video.

Why does this game look more realistic than UFC 5
the graphics are way better in UFC 5, but UFC movement and animations are so much more fluid and realistic. UFC 5 animations are clunky

Literally what made me a fan of yours was the body work, I loved those “Body work with Dustin poirier” videos, now on UFC 5 you were kinda forced into being a head hunter

An underrated aspect of 4 is the button mapping is WAY more adaptable and intuitive. Absolutely HATE how they did controls for 5.

So basically, the meta in UFC 4 is body work, and on UFC 5 is head hunting? I'd say you can still work the body on UFC 5, but it's more challenging. Especially when you're playing high-level opponents

UFC 5 just doesn’t have the cheese that ufc 4 game does. Jabs and straights aren’t totally overpowered. Spinning back fist and spinning elbow spam. Body work is already broken on this game plus body knees add to it making it ridiculous. The submissions are Eh. UFC 5 is much better and a lot less ridiculous in my opinion.

I downloaded this game yesterday, first ever ufc game & it’s the best sports game I’ve ever played even when getting my ass whooped. I stayed on all day yesterday couldn’t get off it. I’ll get ufc 5 or 6 when I’m good at this one.

I honestly prefer UFC 4 over 5. The only thing I really liked better was the visuals (which seems like the only thing they really focused on) and how the hip turns over on hooks and kicks making them seem slightly more realistic and a few other things but not much. Not nearly enough to make it worth it

Servers for ufc 4 will do down months before ufc 7 comes out, that being said we’ve probably got 12months or less until ufc 3 servers go down. 😢

Nah it wasnt that good, it was also trash :) but its just UFC 5 is way worse so it makes UFC 4 look good :) EA's UFC series are so bad thats why I keep playing THQ Undisputed UFC 3. by the way funny how people were sh tting on UFC 4 so much when it was out, now they be missing it hahah :D

I was very good at UFC3. I loved too play it to. But then UFC I skipped and I bought UFC5 for 43euro's (so on sale). I don't like it as much as UFC 3 and don't care about online but play career mode on hard difficulty. UFC 3 was so much more fun.
