From another drummer he's more of just a double baser. and it was honestly kind of boring, not a lot of fills. A lot of unneeded off parts. idk how else to explain it. BUT i am glad Mouse enjoyed it. I was sitting at my desk just mimicking the beat and lord there was so much more to emphasize the crescendo and decrescendos throughout the songs. It made me cringe honestly. Mouse sounded great but the fills were lackluster and the progression to build the song through was unchanged nothing got bigger drum wise. a song has to build, flow then drop either fast or slowly. there was nothing :( ok im sorry i ranted overall loved mouses performance AS ALWAYS and Camellia. Great job to both of them
You come in here and drop a drumming rant about someone that's doing it live without practicing the song first... I don't know WHY you would expect the drumming to sound amazing. He sometimes picks songs that he never heard before and then improvises while hearing the song, he sounds several times better when playing with a song he actually knows.
Looks to me that guy was just winging it without knowing the song previously so you can't really judge him like that. You've either never really played with a proper band and had to just improvise or you're just not that good to begin with.
