    Yohimbe HCL seems to work well for fasted workouts and cardio.

    Ashwagandha helps me w/ my social anxiety. I dont even take it for weight loss, but it really helps me.

    I used Yohimbe for a while, which was effective for me. Initially, I had side effects like runny nose and nervousness, but not long lasting, and it was effective in my workouts and my fat loss program cycling on and off it over time.

      @@margiehodges1720 the gorilla mind brand yohime is the only one I can take without awful side effects, last time I used it for a short cut, I got stupid lean but, it's not a great long term strategy, too much muscle loss for my taste.

    On a similar note, I notice, a lot of overweight people aren't just grossly overeating. However, many of them are now going on glp-1 medications. Can you guys do a show for the heavy girls who tend to eat 30g of protein and 1,000 calories a day BEFORE going on glp-1 and then expect to lose fat by eating even less. I'm trying to convince a few friends that eating even less and being sedentary isn't going to fix the problems that undereating and being sedentary for decades has csused

      Yeah dude my mom was nearly 300 lbs eating maybe 1500 calories because she did next to nothing all day physically. Zero metabolism lol

      Have a sleep hygiene routine. Way less light, food, and smartphone 2 hours before bed.

      The old formula anyway, once they changed it it sucked! But i definitely used to take it

      The original stuff was awesome! I read that they had to change the formula because people were getting liver damage and a urine test showed positive for amphetamine.

    Man I used stimulants for years. Only one that worked for me is an old school pre-workout called "craze" and Clen. Horrible for me but effective. Got a ton of work done too.

      @michelle4688 Now brand, 300mg. I take one in the morning and if it's an extra stressful day I take another late afternoon. I felt like I could tell a difference pretty early on, I've been on it for 3 months now. It's one of those things where I'm believing it's helping too, I'm pretty sure that is a big factor.

    I use nicotine and caffeine as my two main stimulants. I will go off the nicotine once I feel it is no longer helping me. Yes I do use zyns while I workout.
