Very hard to find, videos on youtube are the only way to go.

We are working on a book right now and the third part (chapter)of the projected final will go through the development of the techniques. Then hopefully we will go through all the technique progressions if it all works out in the subsequent release. Hopefully, this new project through the website and support vids will cover that as well. In the meantime, you can hopefully find direct instruction and/or vids to support your journey.
