Same difficulty as T5 raids
Gives around 50-100 energy
some people saying its not worth it
Mega raids now:
Mega raids are T4 raids, meaning more Mega pokemon can be Solo'd/Duo'd
Gives 150-250 energy
Mega/Primal Legendary raids:(Tier 6)
A more challenging raid boss harder than Tier 5s or even Elite raids
