I hope you understand that we are not alone; we have God. Trust in Him, and He will lead us out of those terrible and negative circumstances. I succeeded in overcoming it, and I believe you can too. Why don't you take a break and pray with God? Most importantly, think about the positive things in your life and focus on them. That's how you'll overcome the negativity.
