Not just mental health, he should get checked if he has any medical conditions that are throwing his hormones out of balance. Excess adrenaline for example, can cause behavior like this.

Maybe instead of classical or whatever you classify these tournaments. He should be going or organize himself a chess boxing tournament. Lolz 🤣😭😂 he loses and wants to take out some anger. There ya go. 😂😭🤣

No one likes losing, but losing self-control too, only causes another loss, and in life too!
Yoo is young, and hopefully will just need to learn this lesson, ultimately!

Does anyone remember when certain GM’s were throwing fits about chess content etc saying it ruins the elegance of the sport? Now a player saying the action is draconian after a GM has ruined the elegance of chess. Love chess but fuck some of these GM’s, arrogant gatekeepers is what they are.

So now if you are going to narrowly lose a tournament, you just have your young buddy throw a tantrum, go a little crazy get kicked out of the tournament and the leader loses his point against him and you get to win the tournament. Congratulations Hans. You get the point. It's very unfair to Fabi to lose the point because his opponent went ballistic. There needs to be an alternative judgment.

I mean if he is very tilted like this, it'd be likely he'd lose to other players too.
What would be your "solution" then? Others having 1 game less and losing by default?

It is very easy to point out an anomaly, but there are some situations where there is no perfectly "fair" solution. I am all ears of you have a solution that doesn't just move the anomaly somewhere else.

The official statement leads to Fabi being penalized, which prompts us to suspect the official statement is an overstatement under the premise if a punishment affects the wrong party then all motives and presentments are suspect.

We don't know what happened after that and why. I had no idea Levon is the judge and the jury.
If yoo punched someone - they should treat him according to the law. It has nothing to do with chess though.
They still let hans play even though he is a proven cheater(!). What's worse than that from the chess perspective?
