  • In this TH-cam video, I unbox and share my first impressions of the highly anticipated Prestige Pro 2023 tennis racket. I delve into its key features, particularly the auxetic technology 2.0, which enhances the racket's feel and control. Following the detailed discussion, I take the racket to the court for a play test, showcasing its performance across various shots. Join us in this play test and review to discover if the Prestige Pro 2023 lives up to its reputation.

In this case it’d be very interesting to hear how it’s for serving, slicing and volleying. The test it halfway complete when you only look at groundstrokes…

18x20 is perfect for slice voley and precise serve. You just need to generate your own power by being a beast and have great footwork, otherwise the racquet will punish you

String it @42 instead of 52 friends.

I don't get it. In my experience this is one of the nicest and easiest racquets to play with. String is a big factor, though. I cut out the MSV poly and had it strung with Head Velocity MLT 1.25 black @ 22 kg (48.5 lbs). Perfect match 👌Control and stability are excellent and there's even some power on tap. What's not to like???!....

@@leossptm Yes. Prestige Pro is by no means a hard or difficult racquet at all. Another so called 'control racquet' that's actually easy to play with is the Head Radical Pro (I recently started using mine). Make sure to test play first. Personal preferences differ. Also use a string you know and like.

Can you review the Prestige Classic 2.0? I use the 2001 i.prestige mids and I’m still in love with them. But I do hit very very hard and flat and have my own power. Thanks guys!

Lightweight 20mm 18x20 racquets are too flimsy and out of date for the modern game. A friend of mine who owns a tennis shop has actually stopped stocking Prestiges anymore as he says they hardly sell any. People simply don't want racquets like that nowadays.

Way too tight with a poly. Id say 45 with a multi

@@smashthestateX Yes, graphite indeed. I was just being ironic about Harry’s constant butchering of the term “auxetic” in previous vids. Notice he doesn’t even try to say it anymore! 😆
