These are the types of stories that truly represent the seriousness and the charm of the Railway Series franchise. Wish more people could’ve seen it this way. This was a marvelous adaptation, Lowca!
You know, I just realized something. When the narrator says “Henry wasn’t sure, but he thought the voice was Gordon’s”, he may have been referring to Flying Scotsman as to who called out Henry, and of course, he thought it was Gordon because they’re brothers!
I get the sense this is done on purpose. Mostly just to reflect that these two engines are nearly identical. Gordon used to be green when he was first built, so this is a kind of harkening back to the old days.
Excellent adaptation; it hit every beat I was pondering about the story without me even asking. It feels synonymous too because four days ago from writing this, I had finished and sent off a finalised production outline for a proposed "Thomas & Friends" revamp. Aptly titled "T&F: Old & New", it embraces Thomas's past legacy while promising a valid vision of its future prospects. Regards, Samuel Farris.
Either you're looking at Flying Scotsman or you saw a few scenes where the sun was shining a certain way on Gordon, turning him green momentarily. It's probably just the program not adjusting the colors correctly.

Beautiful adaptation here!
2:27 The lighting here makes Gordon look pretty green, but other than that, nice job!
Probably the sunset
@@TheLazyFusspot_3428shouldn't be that green.

Awesome remake nice reference to the Six Lovely Tenders story by Narrow Gauge where the tenders came from different engines

It's funny to think Henry's also related to flying Scotsman and Gordon and ryan
That was, only in his MKI design.
@@RoseSupremeHe still retains his Gresley?indet. leaders, drivers and old smokebox.
As well as related to Spencer, Mallard, Green Arrow and the Stanier after the whole Crewe thing.
2:33 i thought gordon was green lol 😂
Just recently found this, this is a lovely adaptation! I love how you did the camera work and have the engines move, makes the story more alive! :D
Fabulous adaptation as always!
Felt Season 4 mostly for the music.
I can't believe it took me all this time for me to realize the voice was from the Flying Scotsman.
i loved this!!
Great remake!
Why's Gordon green in this?

henry should've just taken one or 2 of the tenders and called it a day.
Gordon is little green
1:22 What’s the music here?
What’s the song called when Gordon asked the fat controller about the diesels?
The ending of Granpuff.
@@TheLazyFusspot_3428 thanks!
@@101mr8 I'm actually curious about the cue that is played when Henry was literally green with envy.
Whats the song at 4:11 ?
Cranky’s theme but in a different pitch.
thank you!@@legominecraftrailway7404
